This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Regularly create and uphold account management strategies and business reviews for each designated account to enhance current program engagement and foster growth in new sectors.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of state and district opportunities and challenges to formulate district account strategies that offer data-driven, tailored solutions addressing state and district requirements, aiming to expand business within your designated territory.
• Monitor progress towards goal achievement with the objective of meeting or surpassing individual targets that contribute to the state- and regional-level objectives of broadening post-secondary opportunities for students.
• Evaluate and interpret trends utilizing College Board data sources within the assigned territory, planning account activities that align with broader state and regional aspirations.
• Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with district leaders, influencing long-term adoption choices.
• Develop and maintain expertise in College Board program and service innovations along with general K12 educational trends.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key officials, either independently or in collaboration with colleagues, while continuously seeking new opportunities to nurture partnerships.
• Engage in necessary outreach to current, prospective, and past state/district partners.
• Utilize strategic consultative dialogues to plan and facilitate workshops and professional development for K-12 constituent groups.
• Collaborate with district leadership and internal College Board teams to provide the necessary support for the successful implementation of selected College Board programs and services.
• Employ Salesforce CRM to track progress towards objectives, manage accounts, and oversee opportunities to support ongoing coaching, individual, regional, and divisional goal achievement.
• Disseminate broader sales strategies, insights, and innovations both regionally and divisionally to enhance College Board’s growth, reach, impact, and culture.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in education, sales, or a related field.
• Interest in and dedication to a sales career trajectory, including a comfort level with managing a pipeline, achieving goals, and guiding partners towards adoption decisions.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive stance towards advancing opportunities and closing deals.
• A strong orientation towards achievement, with a proven history of setting and reaching ambitious goals (in teaching, sales, or other performance-driven environments).
• Capability to forge and maintain meaningful relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, translating educator requirements into actionable solutions and influencing partners towards adoption through consultative engagement.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred), including workflow management and supporting data-informed decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 40–50%, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
