• Design comprehensive full-funnel ecosystems that seamlessly blend paid, owned, earned, and shared touchpoints to create consistent and connected consumer journeys.
• Collaborate with clients as a strategic growth consultant, pinpointing areas of opportunity, addressing business challenges, and revealing new possibilities beyond media investments.
• Establish end-to-end connection strategies based on audience, cultural, and behavioral insights—integrating communications, content, and commerce into a cohesive system.
• Manage the balance between brand development and performance, ensuring immediate results while enhancing long-term brand value.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, Data, Technology) to create experience-driven solutions rather than merely channel-focused plans.
• Convert data and insights into compelling narratives and actionable frameworks that engage senior stakeholders and steer decision-making processes.
• Develop comprehensive measurement strategies that link exposure, engagement, and outcomes—advancing beyond isolated channel attribution to genuine effectiveness storytelling.
• Foster innovation in audience engagement, continuously refining frameworks, tools, and methodologies to remain ahead of evolving behaviors and platforms.
• Take a proactive role in new business initiatives and thought leadership, presenting a unique vision for integrated strategy and connection planning.
• Guide and uplift a team of strategists, promoting systems thinking, curiosity, and strategic rigor in their endeavors.
• 5-7 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning.
• A strong enthusiasm for critical thinking, problem solving, and a profound understanding of the interactions between businesses, brands, and customers.
• Experience in 'Connections Planning' or Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).
• Expert-level proficiency with media research and audience profiling tools (GWI, MRI, ComScore, Pathmatics, etc.).
• Proven track record in managing 360-degree sponsorship or tentpole campaign planning.
• Strong leadership presence with the capability to influence senior clients and navigate intricate multi-agency (IAT) environments.
• A data-driven mindset combined with creative intuition—you are adept at substantiating significant ideas with solid data.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and inquisitiveness.
