Associate Director – I4.0 Solution Deployment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment and integration of enterprise-aligned I4.0 digital solutions across designated sites or throughout the enterprise.

• Collect business and technical requirements from various Business Units to guide solution design.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Services to assist in the development and configuration of digital solutions.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that system functionality meets established requirements.

• Organize pilot initiatives and oversee structured rollout strategies for wider implementation.

• Strategize and carry out site engagement plans, including leading onsite or virtual training sessions for users and champions.

• Collaborate with the OpEx Program Manager on change management efforts, including communication, stakeholder alignment, and readiness assessments.

• Aid in the expansion of solutions to additional sites or Business Units as capabilities evolve.

• Monitor solution adoption, evaluate user satisfaction, and collect feedback for ongoing improvement.

• Create and manage executive communications, including updates, briefings, and deployment status reports.

• Oversee capacity and prioritization of deployment activities, acknowledging variability based on the number of participating sites and the scope of the deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline and at least 10 years of experience.

• Background in Digital Technology, Operations, or a related sector.

• Proven experience in deploying digital or manufacturing technology solutions in a multi-site or enterprise context.

• Experience in coordinating UAT, pilot testing, or system rollout initiatives.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application within a manufacturing setting.
