This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the VP of HR Operations & Analytics and HR leadership to shape and enhance the HR technology strategy, ensuring alignment of systems and tools with organizational growth and HR objectives.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of the HR technology roadmap, assessing emerging tools, platforms, and functionalities against business requirements.
• Drive research, requirements gathering, and business case formulation for HR technology investments; present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Remain updated on HR technology trends, innovations, and market changes to pinpoint opportunities for capability enhancement and improved user experience.
• Spearhead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Mineralys’ HR systems, ensuring platforms are optimized, scalable, and operationally trustworthy.
• Oversee comprehensive HR technology projects, including system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and enhancements, serving as the project lead from requirements through to go-live and stabilization.
• Manage system releases, testing phases, issue resolution, and feature adoption throughout update cycles.
• Ensure HR systems proficiently support the employee lifecycle, encompassing recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, learning, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with IT to oversee integrations, data architecture, access governance, security, and compliance across HR systems.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, workflows, business processes, and support materials.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, privacy, and data protection standards across HR systems.
• Act as the main point of contact and relationship manager for HR technology vendors and third-party service providers.
• Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements, renewal cycles, and performance expectations; effectively escalate and resolve issues.
• Assess vendor roadmaps and advocate for Mineralys’ requirements in product development discussions.
• Coordinate vendor-driven upgrades, enhancements, and new module launches in alignment with internal priorities.
• Assist in the ongoing development of Mineralys’ HR analytics capabilities, enhancing foundational reporting, dashboarding, and insight generation.
• Oversee recurring reporting cycles (monthly dashboards, quarterly workforce reviews) and address ad hoc analytical requests with clear, data-driven narratives.
• Collect, model, and interpret people data to identify trends and insights across talent acquisition, retention, engagement, compensation equity, diversity, and organizational effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for HR business partners and senior leadership.
• Define and standardize HR metrics and KPIs, including data definitions, calculation standards, and reporting consistency across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to comprehend priority analytical questions and develop scalable, repeatable reporting solutions.
• Work with IT to create cross-functional reporting tools and support a data governance framework for people data, including standards for data integrity, access, and security.
• Collaborate closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on HR technology and analytics priorities.
• Simplify complex system capabilities and data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Lead change management activities tied to system implementations and enhancements, including communication, training, and adoption measurement.
• Foster data literacy and continuous improvement throughout the HR organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in HR technology and/or HRIS, with proven growth in scope and responsibility.
• Workday certification(s) or equivalent platform certification is preferred.
• Practical experience in leading HR system implementations and post-implementation optimization in a live environment.
• Proven experience managing HR technology vendors, contracts, and service delivery.
• Strong foundation in HR analytics, including experience in dashboard design, metric definition, and translating data into business insights.
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Workday Prism Analytics, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, data integrity practices, and consistency standards in reporting.
• Experience collaborating with IT on enterprise application integrations, security, and data architecture.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
