This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guidehouse is in search of a seasoned Front-End Healthcare Revenue Cycle/Patient Access leader for our Healthcare Financial Transformation Solution, tasked with supporting and steering intricate performance improvement initiatives across extensive healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and physician enterprises.
• Provide industry knowledge and management consulting services to aid client engagements for large providers such as hospitals, health systems, AMCs, sizable physician groups, clinics, outpatient facilities, and more.
• Spearhead transformational changes aimed at enhancing the financial aspects of multiple large healthcare systems, taking ownership of the entire project rather than just components or workstreams.
• Clearly communicates the financial outcomes of several projects and discusses process and sub-process metrics across various areas.
• Builds account management relationships with essential client decision-makers.
• Identifies critical industry challenges and formulates a practice response.
• Aids in cultivating industry alliances and connections within specific vertical markets.
• Provides delivery assurance support for engagements with selected clients.
• Mentors Guidehouse staff on assignments within the account where services are delivered.
• Demonstrates visible leadership within the account and practice. Oversees consulting project Statements of Work, Project Plans, composes Proposals, presents to Client Executives, and facilitates, advises, and influences key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 8 years of recent experience in a large healthcare provider setting, concentrating on performance improvement in both labor and non-labor optimization, clinical operations, and more, with much of this experience at the management level.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering programs in a consulting or similar environment, driving complex, multifaceted, multi-site application and operational change/improvement programs with annual budgets exceeding $10 million (30+ resources).
• Exceptional financial acumen and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in leading intricate projects with multiple workstreams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
