This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with the Director of Global Total Rewards to implement and operationalize the global compensation strategy.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations regarding compensation design, structures, and programs.
• Convert enterprise strategy into scalable programs, tools, and processes.
• Oversee the execution, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, which include base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives (LTI).
• Create executive-ready materials and insights to assist senior leadership and the Compensation Committee in their decision-making processes.
• Work alongside the Director on governance, benchmarking, and program design.
• Manage the comprehensive delivery of global compensation operations, including annual salary and bonus planning, salary structure design and maintenance, job evaluation and leveling frameworks, market pricing, survey participation, and incentive plan administration.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP), Finance, and leadership to design and oversee sales incentive and commission programs.
• Assess the effectiveness of sales incentive programs and suggest improvements.
• Lead transformation initiatives such as pay transparency, redesigning salary structures, and establishing job and title architecture.
• Propel process enhancements and modernization of compensation practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to People Partners, leaders, and Talent Acquisition (TA), providing escalation support as needed.
• Drive compensation analytics, metrics, cost modeling, and governance compliance.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Provide hands-on assistance for complex analyses and deliverables.
• Build scalable processes and enhance team capabilities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive compensation experience, with a global scope.
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership is required.
• Experience in executive compensation and long-term incentives is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership in compensation projects such as pay transparency, job architecture, and salary structures.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
