• Oversee the global Financial Accounting team while adhering to both international and local accounting regulations.
• Guarantee the timely and precise processing of month-end reports, including the analysis of actual figures against the budget.
• Ensure comprehensive reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, providing commentary as necessary.
• Facilitate timely and accurate reporting of external year-end statutory audit requirements at both the Group and United Kingdom (UK) levels.
• Manage tax-related processes for United States (US) taxes, coordinating filings and payments in collaboration with payroll, legal, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
• Cultivate relationships with internal departments to effectively convey the importance of existing guidelines and controls.
• A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in supervising or managing a finance team.
• Familiarity with Oracle/NetSuite is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
