Associate Director, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and consolidation of management reporting packages.

• Facilitate the centralization of financial reporting processes.

• Collaborate with corporate and network finance teams.

• Supervise the creation of automated reporting tools and dashboards.

• Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Advocate for process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Significant experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday, Power BI, or comparable tools.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
