Associate Director – Forecasting Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish the AI strategy for forecasting across various regions and business units.

• Recognize valuable use cases (demand sensing, pricing elasticity, parts forecasting, supply optimization).

• Create and implement advanced models (time-series, probabilistic forecasting, causal ML, GenAI copilots).

• Oversee experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, backtesting, scenario simulations).

• Transform models into reusable AI products (forecasting engines, APIs, copilots).

• Work in partnership with SIOP leaders, supply chain teams, and digital leadership.

• Manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on forecasting or supply chain analytics.

• Extensive expertise in time-series forecasting, ML, and optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), and data ecosystems.

• Strong business understanding of supply chain/SIOP processes.

• Demonstrated ability to promote AI adoption at scale.
