This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable field-level execution models and processes.
• Create, execute, and enhance field execution processes and operating systems.
• Operationalize AI and digital tools to facilitate field engagement execution.
• Develop and sustain field execution playbooks.
• Identify structural deficiencies, process bottlenecks, and execution capability requirements.
• Lead the planning of cross-functional field execution meetings, including Plans of Action (POA) and Train the Trainer events.
• Coordinate Sanofi’s annual congress calendar in collaboration with strategic, franchise, operational, and global teams.
• Manage congress execution timelines, logistics coordination, and operational outputs from start to finish.
• Test new approaches for congress execution, engagement strategies, and formats for scientific programming.
• Promote process enhancements across congress operations and assess vendors and operational tools.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of congress execution utilizing operational metrics.
• Maintain feedback mechanisms and incorporate lessons learned into field team operations.
• Identify and implement best practices for field execution.
• Keep an innovation tracker for engagement models, congress formats, and operational tools.
• Reduce process fragmentation, redundancy, and unnecessary rework.
• Provide operational recommendations, insights, and risk assessments to the Director.
• Produce field execution performance reports and insight-driven narratives.
• Highlight field-level insights and suggest next best actions for significant external interactions.
• Assist in defining role clarity and operational maturity as the organization expands.
• Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, field medical, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
• Prior experience as an MSL or in field medical roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong skills in project and operational leadership.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Experience in vaccines or infectious disease Medical Affairs is preferred.
• Familiarity with congress planning, field medical operations, or medical affairs execution is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools or digital engagement models in a Medical Affairs context is preferred.
• Experience in developing field execution playbooks or operational frameworks is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
