This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Identifying and keeping an updated list of experts in medical/therapeutic areas, investigator targets, and corresponding action plans.
β’ Building, nurturing, and sustaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Hematological Malignancies.
β’ Serving as the primary clinical/scientific resource for information regarding the disease state and our products to ensure proper awareness and comprehension.
β’ Participating in the development and oversight of company-sponsored clinical trials.
β’ Establishing scientific collaborations with investigators and internal Medical Affairs, while supporting the investigator-initiated study (IIS) concept program.
β’ Gathering relevant insights on research advancements and the treatment landscape to inform medical strategy.
β’ Identifying research gaps and creating opportunities by engaging with both potential and existing investigators and site personnel.
β’ Responding to inquiries regarding study indications, disease states, and therapeutic areas, while presenting and discussing scientific and clinical data.
β’ Attending medical conferences to gather and report on pertinent scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.
β’ Ensuring that company policies, procedures, principles, and financial controls are upheld with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
β’ A terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM) is required.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison role, is required.
β’ Familiarity with treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, pharmaceutical regulations/compliant practices, and OIG guidelines.
β’ Residency in the designated territory.
β’ Willingness to engage in frequent business travel (approximately 70% of the time), which may include air travel, overnight stays, and occasionally weekends.
β’ Must possess and maintain a valid driverβs license with a clean driving record.
