This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the comprehensive orchestration of a strategic Horizon, shaping intentions, defining outcomes, and guiding efforts through implementation and sustained impact.
• Maintain a clear and unified perspective of Horizon initiatives to ensure focus, momentum, and measurable value throughout the execution process.
• Integrate five core workstreams – Customer Archetypes & Targeting, Engagement Models, Role Design, Capabilities, and Metrics & Incentives – to facilitate cohesive and integrated delivery.
• Link strategy to execution across various functions, ensuring that the transformation progresses in a coordinated and meaningful manner.
• Collaborate closely with Future Readiness leaders by Therapeutic Area to incorporate brand vision into Horizon priorities, designs, and releases.
• Establish ongoing feedback loops with therapeutic areas, brands, and field stakeholders to guide prioritization and accelerate adoption.
• Utilize tools, dashboards, and insights to enable data-driven decision-making and facilitate proactive adjustments.
• Advocate for simplification and continuous improvement to enhance focus, productivity, and value creation.
• Develop and communicate a compelling Horizon narrative that clarifies purpose, progress, and impact – customizing communications for executive, cross-functional, and field audiences while celebrating milestones and successes along the way.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required from a four-year college or university.
• Over 6 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation, enterprise execution, or strategic operations in complex, matrixed organizations within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams.
• A proven history of aligning executive priorities with cross-functional delivery to achieve significant, measurable outcomes.
• Strong comprehension of commercial operations, field engagement, and go-to-market transformation within complex organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to convert strategic intent into clear, structured, outcome-driven execution.
• Confidence in navigating complexity, influencing senior leadership, and maintaining focus amidst ambiguity and change.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to connect data, insights, and actions in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies and digital tools that promote transparency, adaptability, and continuous progress.
