📋 Description

• Provide guidance to business functions on compliance matters and advance the regional Global Ethics & Compliance program.

• Act as an advisor to both regional and local commercial and medical teams across the product range.

• Evaluate and offer advice on interactions with patients, patient organizations, healthcare professionals, institutions, payors, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.

• Draft and execute policies, procedures, and guidance in collaboration with Legal and Ethics & Compliance colleagues.

• Assist with transparency reporting requirements and compliance obligations.

• Conduct or support compliance-related investigations and address misconduct allegations.

• Develop and deliver Ethics & Compliance training and education, including sessions for field-based employees.

• Promote argenx’s robust ethical culture.

• Lead and participate in compliance projects, issues, and priorities throughout the Global Legal and Compliance function.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in a compliance function within the regional biopharmaceutical industry.

• Extensive background in a commercial stage pharmaceutical or biotech company.

• Regional experience in launching new products and/or indications.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance systems, employee training, engagement of healthcare professionals, and transparency matters.

• Strong knowledge of European corporate commercial healthcare laws and regulations pertaining to pharmaceutical product development and commercialization.

• Proficient in relevant industry codes and guidelines.

• Legal degree preferred; other relevant accreditations or degrees will also be considered.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time.

• Preferred regional experience in specialty markets, especially concerning rare diseases.
