This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee warehouse operations across multiple sites, including both plant-attached and third-party logistics (3PL) facilities.
• Ensure the implementation of standardized operating models, processes, and systems across all locations.
• Drive execution in areas such as inventory management, throughput, labor productivity, and service performance.
• Manage governance and reporting frameworks for plant warehouses within the Logistics sector.
• Establish accountability, define roles, maintain operating rhythms, oversee budgeting, and track performance for plant warehouses.
• Oversee 3PL partnerships, including service-level agreements, performance governance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage warehouse KPIs that encompass service, cost, safety, and quality metrics.
• Lead operating reviews, conduct root cause analyses, and create actionable plans.
• Own the regional warehouse operating budget, including leading financial reviews, variance analyses, and forecasting efforts.
• Achieve productivity savings and enhancements in cost-to-serve that align with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Identify and execute operational improvements while supporting network optimization projects.
• Collaborate with teams in DSD, Plant Operations, Transportation, Finance, Commercial, and Procurement.
• Lead and develop both direct and indirect multi-site warehouse leaders.
• Foster performance management, talent development, succession planning, and leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site operations, including environments with 3PL partnerships.
• An MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with budget ownership and cost management is a plus.
• Established leadership experience within a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization is a plus.
• Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with WMS platforms such as SAP EWM and analytics tools is a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification is a plus.
• Capability to lead multi-site operations or significant functional areas that have a broad business impact.
• Accountability for safety, service, cost, and financial outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to build and nurture high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
