• Serve as the strategic brand ambassador for various clients and brands by guiding them in the development and implementation of innovative brand strategies.

• Exhibit curiosity by continually seeking the “why” to uncover unexpected insights that can instigate market transformation.
• Develop brand planning structures.
• Establish the unbranded platform, brand personality, positioning, creative platform, and key strategies throughout the brand's lifecycle.
• Design and facilitate essential strategic working sessions with clients.
• Oversee campaign development and evaluation.
• Assist the Creative Team throughout the creative development process by providing research findings and other relevant materials.
• Persistently nurture and advocate for the “bold creative idea.”
• Address client market research needs by offering insights to the client's research vendor on design and generating actionable insights from the research.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, particularly within the healthcare sector (HCP+Patient).
• Strong foundation in omnichannel strategy, including experience in mapping, ecosystem design, and journey planning across CRM, web, mobile, SEO, social platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in managing both launch and mature brand strategies.
• Knowledge of the requirements linked to omnichannel marketing and its potential influence on strategy.
• Eagerness to learn about new disease categories and treatments.
• Ability to “connect the dots” among various inputs to generate organic business opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
