β’ **Program Leadership & Delivery:** Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate data and analytics projects. Take ownership of the roadmap, from defining problems and designing solutions to deploying production-grade implementations.
β’ **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the primary liaison for client VPs and Directors. Convert unstructured business challenges into overarching analytics solution frameworks.
β’ **Global Team Management:** Lead and coach a hybrid team of onshore (US) and offshore (Global Delivery Center) data scientists and data engineers, ensuring effective collaboration across different time zones.
β’ **Solution Architecture:** Collaborate with technical leads to design scalable AI/ML pipelines and data architectures. Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise standards and utilize a modern technology stack.
β’ **Domain Expertise:** Leverage extensive knowledge in the Medical device sector to validate model outputs and ensure alignment with industry-specific nuances.
β’ **Commercial Impact:** Present analytical insights, quantify business value, and facilitate the integration of AI into business processes.
β’ 13-15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 7 years in the Medical device domain, including consulting experience.
β’ Capability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from the clientβs team to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solution strategies.
β’ In-depth knowledge and comprehension of the Medical Device industry, including its distinct commercial and operational landscape.
β’ Strong project management and team leadership skills, along with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
β’ A solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms is advantageous.
β’ Proficient SQL skills and experience with analytical tools such as R and Python; familiarity with visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data systems like Hadoop, HDFS, and Hive is preferred.
β’ Ability to collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate analytic outputs into business processes.
β’ A graduate degree in Business Analytics, an MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
