• Continue to develop your own portfolio by marketing North’s cutting-edge SaaS platform and payment solutions.
• Lead and nurture a team of Field Sales Professionals, guiding them to excel in their craft and achieve their individual sales targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, ride-alongs, and team training sessions focused on sales processes, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques.
• Track team activities and pipeline health, offering constructive feedback and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding processes for new additions to your expanding team.
• Proven track record in a high-volume, full-cycle sales position, ideally with experience in SaaS, Software, or Payment Processing.
• A strong ambition to transition into a leadership role, possessing a natural aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with experience in using CRM systems.
• Experience in cold calling and local canvassing is highly advantageous.
