• Lead the strategy for acquiring IFP membership growth and commercial clinic consumer engagement across all Harbor markets.
• Create market-specific growth initiatives in collaboration with Growth and Operations, ensuring a balance between scale and efficiency in Austin while accelerating market entry in San Antonio, Dallas, and El Paso.
• Take ownership of strategy, execution, and investment management across various paid and addressable channels, including programmatic, paid social, search, direct partnerships, and emerging platforms.
• Ensure a balance between efficient IFP member acquisition and the generation of high-intent clinic demand.
• Direct the organization's organic search strategy, focusing on keyword planning, on-page optimization, and content alignment.
• Develop audience-first strategies based on behavioral insights, intent signals, and health needs.
• Continuously optimize audience engagement, channel mix, creative content, and landing experiences; establish and expand test-and-learn frameworks.
• Oversee monitoring and analysis of online reviews and ratings across various platforms, ensuring the accuracy and optimization of digital profiles.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media.
• Extensive hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk), paid social, and paid search platforms.
• Proven experience in developing integrated acquisition strategies that span programmatic and direct channels.
• Strong grasp of audience targeting strategies, including first-party, contextual, and modeled audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets across multiple markets and objectives, with accountability for pacing and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills; capable of translating performance data into actionable investment decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical/reporting tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, considering Harbor's Texas market demographics and member population.
