This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• Lead and mentor direct reports along with other team members, nurturing a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and service.
• Oversee the organization's privileged cloud migration (Pcloud), which encompasses planning, engaging stakeholders, coordinating change champions, and stabilizing post-cutover operations.
• Spearhead privileged access initiatives across various subsidiaries, creating a repeatable framework for onboarding new entities and addressing posture gaps.
• Manage high-risk initiatives aimed at reducing privileged access, emphasizing strong execution of organizational change management.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to eliminate obstacles, enhance privileged access design, and enforce consistent vaulting and governance controls.
• Create and provide a cohesive application onboarding experience for PAM, which includes playbooks, checklists, and privilege-mapping guidance.
• Develop VP-level privileged access scorecards and incorporate PAM metrics into enterprise Problem Management to pinpoint incidents related to privileged misuse.
• Act as the main point of contact for Risk and Compliance partners to address audit findings, risks, and necessary control enhancements.
• Assist in operational processes, which include vendor renewals, case management, program reporting, and on-call escalation duties.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging PAM technologies, and regulatory expectations concerning privileged access security.
• 7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles overseeing complex cybersecurity or IAM programs.
• Proven track record in leading PAM engineering or operations teams and providing privileged access solutions on an enterprise scale.
• Extensive technical knowledge of privileged access concepts, including vaulting, rotation, service accounts, SUDO policies, and elevated-access governance.
• Strong familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems, and cloud privileged access patterns.
• Demonstrated success in driving modernization initiatives and minimizing high-risk privileged access.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Hands-on, collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.
