This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main strategic and commercial contact for the Amazon Mass Beauty Vendor Manager.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of Amazon 1P Personal Care Joint Business Plans.
• Oversee the overall performance of Amazon PC, encompassing revenue, profitability, and investment execution.
• Lead the Annual Vendor Negotiations (AVN) for the complete 1P PC and Beauty portfolio.
• Manage the Trade Investment strategy, including negotiation and deployment in collaboration with Business Unit, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Supervise and mentor one Customer Business Manager dedicated to Amazon Deodorants.
• Facilitate talent development and coaching initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams in Digital Media, Brand Marketing, Channel Strategy, Category/Consumer Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Direct forecasting, demand planning contributions, and performance management throughout the year.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Previous experience managing Amazon or dCommerce clients is essential.
• Demonstrated history of leading commercial negotiations, including trade investments and terms.
• Strong financial expertise with experience in managing P&L, Net Revenue Management, and investment ROI.
• Significant experience in managing Price/Pack architecture and optimizing assortments.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team management.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
