Associate Director, Commercial Infrastructure, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the enhancement and support of the commercial technology ecosystem.

• Propel operational excellence within commercial data platforms.

• Oversee commercial data operations and the management of customer data processes.

• Supervise the provisioning and delivery of high-quality commercial data.

• Facilitate customer master data governance procedures.

• Manage the daily operations of commercial technology platforms.

• Coordinate initiatives related to data integration and provisioning.

• Evaluate vendor performance against set service levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or more than 7 years with a Master's degree in a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry Commercial operations or a closely related area.

• Proven experience in the implementation and management of Master Data Management solutions.

• Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms such as AWS Redshift, EC2, Databricks, Snowflake, Reltio, etc.

• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy data, Specialty Distributor data, Patient Hub data, VA data, CRM, and Claims.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage needs assessments across various organizations.
