• Develop the HCP marketing strategy by utilizing both first-party and third-party data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure renewals, foster business growth, and improve client engagement through data-driven insights.
• Track campaign performance and share ROI results with clients, creating insights-driven recommendations that build trust and showcase value.
• Convert complex data into customized narratives aligned with each client’s marketing goals, ensuring insights are both actionable and meaningful.
• Examine behavioral trends among medical professionals on Doximity’s platform to reveal insights that guide marketing strategies.
• Assist in broader team projects by contributing to new initiatives, enhancing workflows, and promoting ongoing improvement.
• A minimum of seven (7+) years of experience reflecting the characteristics outlined in our core values.
• Proven experience with HCP-centric digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical brands.
• Strong understanding of Prescription (Rx) and Medical Claims (Dx) data.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Background in analytics within the life sciences sector.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation.
