This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop the marketing strategy for healthcare professionals (HCP) by utilizing both first-party and third-party data to create actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client renewals, foster business growth, and improve client engagement through data-informed insights.
• Track the performance of campaigns and present return on investment (ROI) findings to clients, crafting recommendations that are driven by insights to build trust and showcase value.
• Convert complex data into customized narratives aligned with each client's marketing goals, ensuring that insights are both actionable and impactful.
• Examine behavioral trends among medical professionals on the Doximity platform to reveal insights that shape marketing strategies.
• Contribute to team initiatives by engaging in new projects, optimizing workflows, and promoting continuous improvement.
• A minimum of seven (7+) years of experience reflecting the traits detailed in our core values.
• Experience executing HCP-centric digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical brands.
• In-depth understanding of Prescription (Rx) and Medical Claims (Dx) data.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• A background in analytics within the life sciences sector.
