Associate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Connect Guidehouse consulting solutions to address client challenges.

• Facilitate business development efforts and assist in the sales process.

• Establish and lead various project workstreams.

• Ensure the success of engagements and the delivery of quality outcomes.

• Support daily operational meetings with client sponsors and internal team leaders.

• Lead, coach, and mentor consultants effectively.

• Conduct NERC audits, enhance NERC Compliance and Cybersecurity processes, analyze internal controls, and execute process improvements.

• Communicate solutions and innovative strategies to clients through meetings, reports, and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or a Canadian Citizen.

• Bachelor’s degree AND at least nine (9) years of relevant post-graduation work experience OR a Master's degree AND seven (7) years of post-graduation work experience in the electric utility industry.

• Work experience should emphasize NERC Reliability Standards (Canada and/or USA).

• Proven proficiency in NERC Reliability Standards.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Excellent critical analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without losing effectiveness.

• Willingness to travel within Canada and/or the US.
