This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Engage with large, intricate accounts to facilitate patient access.
• Educate providers and staff on various programs.
• Collaborate with key members of therapeutic area offices to enhance patient access.
• Assess issues and propose reimbursement solutions.
• Relay policy modifications that impact patient access.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in the regional access landscape.
• Coordinate with the Patient Support Center regarding patient case management.
• Work alongside cross-functional associates to exchange insights.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals/biotech sector, concentrating on Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, and/or account management.
• At least 2 years in a Patient Services support role for specialty products.
• Proven experience working with complex practices and/or health systems to create access pathways.
• Experience in strategic account management.
• Extensive knowledge in integrating manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs.
• Familiarity with specialty products from Specialty Pharmacy networks.
• Understanding of reimbursement pathways.
• Must live within the territory or within 60 miles of the territory border.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a large geographic area is essential.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
