Associate Director, Access Management Service Delivery – Cyber Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ongoing measurement and strategic planning

• Build stakeholder trust through careful planning

• Identify processes and manual transactions for improvement and implementation, primarily through standardization and automation

• Demonstrate through metrics and collaboration with stakeholders, prioritize opportunities within existing processes, service lines, and technologies, while developing project plans, enhancements, and ad hoc operational strategies that are feasible and exceed stakeholder expectations

• Take ownership of and drive projects, enhancements, and manage unexpected operational challenges

• Set realistic timelines and deliverables

• Manage resources and oversee change management

• Handle stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving

• Collaborate cross-functionally as the access management subject matter expert to support stakeholder project needs, enhancements, and operational issues that emerge within the IAM ecosystem

• Anticipate and address risks and unexpected issues that arise from complex infrastructures

• Direct and control major incidents that affect core service lines

• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards with regular reviews and change management

• Define appropriate KPIs and monitor compliance

• Ensure support for regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GxP) and manage direct/indirect audits

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in Access Management, which includes:

• Authorization (Permissions)

• Administration (Lifecycle Management)

• Auditing & Reporting (Accountability)

• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity across various domains is preferred

• Proven ability to manage complex programs and projects, including:

• Demand Management

• Project Management

• Requirements Definition and Management

• Software Design

• Configuration Management

• Integration and System Testing

• Strong history of achieving customer success with business stakeholders beyond IT and Cyber domains

• A record of customer success with business stakeholders external to the IT and Cyber organizations

• Capability to implement enduring solutions and services for multiple stakeholders
