This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs, which includes strategic solution development, vendor collaborations, stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and execution.
• Transform essential capability requirements into integrated development experiences aimed at managers, directors, and emerging executive talent.
• Engage with key program stakeholders, championing program needs, articulating the impact of significant decisions, and collaborating with leaders to achieve consensus.
• Utilize previous experience in designing or managing premier talent development initiatives, recommending best practices, providing industry benchmarks, and enhancing the learner experience.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Talent teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
• Work alongside coaching and assessment partners to incorporate enterprise-level coaching and assessment strategies into development offerings.
• Establish and monitor program success metrics; evaluate data and suggest improvements.
• Create and present clear, persuasive updates and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Oversee program budgets, contracts, and internal chargebacks.
• Act as a representative of Global Learning & Development during live program delivery and at key forums.
• Travel up to 50% to facilitate in-person program delivery.
• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in leading accelerated or high-potential talent development programs within large, matrixed organizations.
• Previous program and project management experience with the capability to manage complexities from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights and actions.
• Proficient in executive-level communication and stakeholder influence.
• Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Experience in spearheading enterprise-level change or transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in leadership assessments, change management, and/or coaching (ICF certification preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
