Associate Designer – Long-Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design implementation across various platforms including brand, web, presentations, social media, and paid advertising.

• Develop and uphold scalable brand frameworks, style guides, and component libraries using Figma.

• Convert creative direction and strategies into refined, production-ready materials.

• Assist in web design through wireframes and layouts (experience with Webflow is advantageous, though not mandatory).

• Produce internal marketing materials for Radiance, such as case studies, presentations, and visual narratives.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source®.

• Engage in critiques, conceptual development, and collaborative evaluations.

• Strike a balance between efficiency and craftsmanship—delivering high-quality work without excessive refinement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.

• Proficient in Figma (including components, responsive systems, and prototyping).

• Strong grounding in typography, layout, color theory, and digital-first design principles.

• Ability to translate brand strategies into clear and engaging visual systems.

• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive in approach.

• Comfortable working independently while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows (such as Midjourney or equivalent).
