Associate Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Examine clinical trial data via CDMS or external data listings to confirm that the captured data adheres to protocol and Data Management Plan guidelines.

• Contribute to and evaluate Data Management Plans for clinical study deliverables.

• Create queries for both internal and external personnel to address problematic data.

• Assess query responses, resolve inconsistencies, and update databases.

• Assist in the development of CRFs and edit check specifications.

• Engage in user acceptance testing for CRFs, edit checks, and study-specific data listings.

• Compile and maintain documentation regarding CRF, edit check, and data listing testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical, clinical, or health-related field, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience utilizing commercial clinical data management systems and/or EDC products, such as Oracle RDC / Inform, Medidata Rave, and DataLabs.

• Established experience in all primary job functions may be considered as an alternative.

• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Capacity to foster a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, high-quality and timely deliverables, and ownership of tasks.

• Robust analytical and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Availability for work hours from 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
