Associate Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage and process requests for cancellations, discounts, and training, with an emphasis on customer retention and minimizing churn.

• Enhance product usage and adoption through proactive communication and valuable content.

• Identify potential obstacles to renewal and collaborate with customers to address these challenges.

• Exhibit dedication to our customer base by providing the highest level of responsiveness.

• Discover opportunities to consistently exceed customer expectations.

• Engage with customers proactively to share helpful information, invite them to events, and support outreach campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or another customer-facing position within a SaaS setting.

• Proven ability to manage a large volume of customer interactions in a structured, fast-paced environment.

• Confidence in handling tickets, customer inquiries, discussions related to billing or cancellations, and conversations focused on retention.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple accounts and requests effectively.

• A problem-solving approach, capable of simplifying complex issues for customers.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Comfortable working in a remote international team environment.
