This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Identify and connect with prospective clients within our targeted sectors.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to comprehend hiring challenges, urgency, decision-makers, budgets, and role expectations.
• Oversee all client interactions, follow-ups, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM.
• Foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with our recruitment teams to ensure a seamless handover and delivery process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, activity updates, and opportunity progress.
• Assist in client presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Monitor pipeline activity, closures, client engagement, and performance metrics.
• Adhere to Black & Grey HR’s established processes, SLAs, and service standards.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success, client acquisition, business development, account management, recruitment, or consulting.
• Strong capability to perform client needs assessments.
• Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Excellent communication and questioning abilities.
• Strong discipline in follow-up activities.
• Consultative sales approach.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
• An individual who values systems, data integrity, and accountability.

• Exposure to clients from the UAE, GCC, and international markets.
