This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Assists in the delivery and enhancement of curriculum products by gathering feedback, managing demo user accounts and material lists, and recognizing process improvements.
• Ensure product precision through meticulous attention to detail, exploring AI efficiencies, and maintaining the course catalog.
• Responsible for comprehending our proprietary learning management system, authoring tools, and essential applications that are integral to our daily operations, including Jira, Microsoft Suite, and Smartsheet.
• Gather feedback from various sources to guide curriculum product enhancements and feature development.
• Maintain demo user information for new curriculum launches, ensuring that conditions for successful rostering are fulfilled and that teachers receive timely updates.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and AI integration to optimize product accuracy, particularly concerning materials and text details linked to courseware.
• Review course catalog details for accuracy and clarity in specific states for partner schools and programs.
• Assist with reporting queries related to licensed courseware.
• Facilitate team processes to guarantee curriculum representation through timely product showcases, school communications, and teacher resources.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management, education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in product operations or curriculum support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with online courseware, support teams, or professional communication is an advantage.
