This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Implement essential strategic initiatives identified to meet objectives.
β’ Facilitate the execution of projects by collaborating across functions to develop and drive project plans.
β’ Monitor and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and retrospectives with the project team.
β’ Create resources and playbooks to formalize best practices and enhance operational consistency.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams to uncover insights and align priorities that improve the end-to-end customer experience.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, journey leadership, or a related field.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek assistance.
β’ Proficient in collaborating cross-functionally within a highly matrixed environment.
