Associate Creative Project Manager, Customer Strategy – Operations

📋 Description

• Implement essential strategic initiatives identified to meet objectives.

• Facilitate the execution of projects by collaborating across functions to develop and drive project plans.

• Monitor and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and retrospectives with the project team.

• Create resources and playbooks to formalize best practices and enhance operational consistency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams to uncover insights and align priorities that improve the end-to-end customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, journey leadership, or a related field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek assistance.

• Proficient in collaborating cross-functionally within a highly matrixed environment.
