This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to conceptualize and implement communication projects across diverse media channels.
• Produce innovative creative outputs and inspire colleagues.
• Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Ensure that design, copy, and user experience are cohesive and aligned with strategic insights.
• Grasp the strategic and financial objectives of both clients and Avalere Health.
• Attain mastery of clinical data and competitive landscapes for designated brands/accounts.
• Engage in staffing and assessing the scope of work.
• Promote creativity by showcasing inspiring projects.
• Build and enhance client relationships.
• Guide junior creatives and share recognition.
• Oversee delegation and workflow across various projects and brands.
• Manage multiple teams and workstreams efficiently, effectively, and profitably.
• Communicate with project teams to ensure deliverables remain on schedule and track.
• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.
• At least 9 years of experience in creative copywriting.
• Minimum of 3 years of writing experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Required experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
• Capability to direct writing and design for interactive, motion, and print projects.
• Excellent customer service skills and a dedication to high-quality outcomes.
• Self-driven, professional, detail-oriented, with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Digital portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interactive work across multiple media channels and platforms.
• Proficient in PC or Mac environments with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
