Associate – Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance – Risk Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with seasoned RAS professionals on consulting and audit initiatives

• Assist in the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of risk management, internal control, compliance, and internal audit frameworks

• Evaluate business processes, associated risks, and control measures

• Formulate practical solutions for governance frameworks in partnership with clients

• Participate in internal audit projects, which encompass interviews, document evaluations, process and control analyses, and tracking of action items

• Prepare for and lead interviews and workshops alongside the project team

• Work together with clients’ business units and management

• Produce audit and project documentation while contributing to reports and management presentations

• Assist with project management and coordination activities

• Aid in the continuous evolution of consulting methodologies, approaches, and services

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or nearly completed degree in business administration, business information systems, or a related area

• A university degree or around one to two years of relevant professional experience, such as in consulting, audit, or within an industrial or service organization

• Genuine interest in risk management, internal audit, compliance, corporate governance, controlling, or accounting

• Analytical and systematic work methodology

• Eagerness to quickly learn about new companies, processes, and challenges

• Readiness to assume responsibility early on

• Collaborative team member who is open to sharing innovative ideas

• Strong communication skills for direct client interactions

• Proficient in German

• Competent in English

• Willingness to travel on-site with clients, both domestically and internationally, as needed
