Associate Conversion Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Extract, assess, and analyze data from spreadsheets, CSV files, reports, and legacy databases.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and data quality challenges across various files.

• Develop data maps and transformation guidelines based on the required destination formats.

• Validate source data and advise on how it should be cleaned, structured, or interpreted.

• Test the mapped and transformed data outputs for completeness and precision.

• Clearly document findings, mapping logic, and process notes for internal teams.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to facilitate successful data conversion projects.

• Contribute to the enhancement of documentation, templates, and internal conversion processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, filters, and cross-sheet analysis).

• Capability to handle large, complex, and inconsistent datasets.

• Strong skills in pattern recognition and problem-solving.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with relational databases and a working knowledge of SQL.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to convert data findings into clear, logical documentation for internal teams.

• A curious, analytical mindset with the capacity to investigate data issues thoroughly.

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in data conversion, data mapping, migration support, quality assurance, or similar roles.

• Familiarity with CSV files, import templates, and data validation.

• Exposure to legacy systems or database exports.

• Experience supporting technical implementation teams.

• Knowledge of AI tools that enhance daily productivity.

• Open to Fresh Graduates.

• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong relevant coursework, internship experience, or project work involving:

• - Extensive Excel analysis.

• - SQL or relational databases.

• - Data cleanup or validation.

• - Data mapping or structured documentation.
