This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage complete contract and subcontract administration for Corner Alliance’s portfolio of government contracts.

• Oversee various types of contracts, including CPFF, FFP, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOAs, during both pre-award and post-award phases.

• Analyze, interpret, and evaluate contractual documents.

• Examine client solicitations and create FAR and supplemental regulation compliance matrices along with risk identification.

• Review and edit NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, contract modifications, and other agreements within defined authority limits.

• Draft contract briefs that summarize contractual requirements and current status.

• Proactively recognize and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other obstacles before they escalate.

• Coordinate agreements, subcontracts, and other contract and program support documents with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other essential stakeholders.

• Provide proactive management, support, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.

• Review, prepare, and finalize prime and subcontract closeout documentation.

• Organize and optimize daily work activities to ensure compliance with corporate, contract, and federal standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

• 5-8 years of professional experience in a government contracting environment or for a government contractor.

• Knowledge of GovCon, FAR, DFARS, SBA, GSA, etc.

• Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.

• Proven executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex contract actions into clear, concise summaries and decision-support materials for senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and flexible, with the capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Proficient in MS 365 Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

• Willingness to embrace automation and AI tools in contract management processes.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
