This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify health risks of customers within your installation base, focusing on usage, adoption, and friction throughout their journey.
• Take ownership of the renewal process from early risk identification to contract execution, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Lead discussions related to renewals and commercial matters, including negotiation and documentation of results.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings, maintaining a clear and outcome-driven approach.
• Assist customers in understanding how HubSpot's usage, configuration, and contract terms align with their business objectives.
• Diagnose customer issues and provide structured, actionable recommendations to enhance adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and GTM teams to escalate concerns and ensure resolution follow-up.
• Utilize HubSpot tools, systems, and AI-driven workflows to effectively manage a high-volume portfolio.
• Keep accurate records of customer health indicators, engagement history, and renewal readiness data within HubSpot systems.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS position.
• Confidence in leading customer discussions related to renewals, negotiations, or complex subjects.
• Capability to identify customer goals and challenges, providing clear and structured recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly concerning renewals and contract discussions.
• Proficient in managing multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfort in interpreting usage, adoption, and customer health metrics to inform prioritization.
• Ability to quickly learn software and guide customers toward successful product adoption.
