Associate Consultant, SAP SF – HRTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of implementation projects with close supervision.

• Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and document business requirements from client subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Take structured notes and outline action items during requirement workshops.

• Carry out basic module configurations under guidance.

• Execute testing scripts and accurately record the outcomes.

• Maintain configuration workbooks, training materials, and minutes from meetings.

• Engage in client calls and workshops with the support of senior team members.

• Address basic client inquiries under supervision.

• Contribute to collective project objectives and team initiatives.

• Solicit feedback and implement insights from senior colleagues.

• A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes or HRIS systems.

• A strong desire to learn and develop in the consulting field.
