Associate Consultant, SAP SF – HRTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Support senior consultants in collecting and documenting business requirements from client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Prepare organized notes and action items derived from requirement workshops.

• Execute basic module configurations under supervision. Carry out test scripts and accurately document the results.

• Keep configuration workbooks, training materials, and meeting minutes updated. Ensure that all project documentation is thorough and current.

• Engage in client calls and workshops with senior oversight. Address basic client inquiries under guidance.

• Contribute to collective project objectives and team initiatives. Actively seek constructive feedback and implement insights from senior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Fundamental understanding of HR processes or HRIS systems.

• A strong desire to learn and develop within the consulting field.
