Associate Consultant, Donor Relations and Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise to provide assistance to clients from healthcare systems, academic medical centers, colleges, universities, arts and cultural entities, and various other nonprofits to help them achieve their missions.

• Collaborate with client-facing teams and contribute to the success of client initiatives by developing and delivering materials that enhance donor engagement and stewardship.

• Work together with colleagues throughout the organization to produce communications, reports, and resources for donor relations that strengthen donor relationships and further client objectives.

• Generate high-quality deliverables, support the development and execution of report recommendations, donor engagement strategies, and other related services.

• Oversee projects, engage in effective collaboration, and consistently deliver results to bolster clients’ fundraising endeavors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience related to donor relations, donor experience, or stewardship in higher education, a healthcare/academic medical center environment, and/or a non-profit organization.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, along with a solid strategic thinking aptitude for report writing.

• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities concurrently.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
