Associate Clinical Director – Complex Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary clinician and engagement manager for clients facing complex medical challenges.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, PhD researchers, and care coordinators to enhance client care.

• Leverage clinical knowledge, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to pinpoint critical issues and care opportunities.

• Identify and connect with leading medical experts.

• Guide patients towards optimized care plans and specialized diagnostic procedures.

• Coordinate intricate medical care and assist clients in navigating the healthcare system.

• Facilitate access to diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options on an international scale.

• Deliver high-level clinical management and educational support to clients and their families.

• Collaborate with clinical and research teams to stay updated on the latest therapies and provide information regarding conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials.

• Coordinate partnerships with external care providers and interdisciplinary resources.

• Build relationships with key opinion leaders to foster collaboration.

• Oversee other clinical staff for specific cases or service lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current NP or PA license in your state of residence, with active board certification in at least one state; no exceptions.

• Over 5 years of APP clinical experience in managing complex medical issues within a multidisciplinary setting.

• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities at an executive level.

• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Highly professional demeanor, even under pressure.

• Strong clinical curiosity and innovative problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Proficient in navigating various technology platforms for documentation and communication with ease.
