
Associate Client Success Manager – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in managing daily interactions with a specific group of client accounts, collaborating closely with Account Management and fellow Customer Experience (CE) professionals.
• Educate clients to promote the adoption and optimal utilization of CE’s services.
• Monitor key deliverables, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure alignment among clients and internal stakeholders regarding next steps and timelines.
• Keep precise records of contacts, meetings, usage notes, and renewal dates in CRM and internal systems.
• Develop materials for client meetings, including account summaries, usage reports, and presentation content.
• Track engagement and fundamental account health indicators, escalating significant changes to senior team members.
• Assist in addressing client inquiries by coordinating with Insights, Product, Data, and Support to provide timely and accurate responses.
• Contribute to client-facing materials such as guides, FAQs, and onboarding checklists that facilitate quicker adoption of CE.
• Discover opportunities to enhance workflows and improve internal processes, tools, and documentation within the Client Success and Account Management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on client engagement, adoption, and the development of long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, comfortable interacting with professional and detail-oriented stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, identifying patterns, and supporting clear recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.
• A strong desire to thoroughly learn CE’s products, data, and client use cases.
