Associate Client Services Director

• Collaborate with the leadership team in Client Services.

• Execute a diverse range of deliverables and manage a portfolio of accounts.

• Cultivate relationships within the broader BOLDSCIENCE team.

• Foster organic growth and pursue new business opportunities.

• Supervise tactical planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation.

• Implement and uphold quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and best practices.

• Offer strategic and operational guidance to account teams.

• Oversee project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in the medical communications sector.

• Demonstrated capability to navigate various therapy areas and project deliverables in a client-facing capacity.

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and competitive environment.

• In-depth experience and knowledge in the medical communications field.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with different departments such as Scientific Services, Creative, Digital, etc.

• Ability to effectively lead a team, with responsibilities for line management and mentoring.

• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and recovery.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a scientific discipline, pharmacology, or medicine, with the capability to apply advanced scientific knowledge.
