Associate Client Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead client projects to guarantee timely and successful launches.

• Provide an outstanding level of program support to clients.

• Design and implement initiatives aimed at the continuous enhancement of the Client Operations process, workflow, and communication.

• Supervise all styling programs for clients while striving to enhance and broaden their impact.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Client Success, Styling, Image Editing, and Integration teams to accurately define and fulfill client requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure clients maximize the use of our latest features and products.

• Create and maintain documentation for clients to streamline processes.

• Oversee the quality and timely delivery of image editing for clients.

• Track feed-related integrations for your clients to ensure the accuracy of product catalogs.

• Accountable for recording and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly data, as well as analyzing results to monitor the fulfillment of client requests.

• Convert client requests into internal briefs to kickstart projects.

• Uphold a standard of excellence in documentation, organization, requirement-gathering, and delivery.

• Engage in the development of new business strategies and experiences for clients.

• Provide support and education to broader teams within the company regarding Styling, Image Editing, and Integration processes and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.

• 1-4 years of experience in client support or operations.

• Proven ability to lead projects with detailed requirements and adhere to tight deadlines.

• A proactive multi-tasker who actively seeks opportunities to assist the team.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Solution-focused and analytical in mindset.
