Associate Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass monthly sales, growth, and net retention objectives.

• Oversee a substantial portfolio of clients utilizing a strategic, value-oriented approach for retention and growth.

• Recognize upsell and cross-sell prospects and assist clients in transitioning to multi-year contracts.

• Maintain a reliable and robust sales pipeline while adhering to established activity metrics.

• Deliver impactful virtual presentations and product value assessments to clients.

• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with designated clients.

• Respond swiftly to client inquiries, requests, and escalations.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify early risk indicators and prevent customer churn.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by actively addressing challenges and aligning solutions with client needs.

• Keep accurate and timely updates in the NetSuite CRM system.

• Follow defined outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management expectations.

• Resolve billing inquiries, coordinate with Finance, and assist with contract renewals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience is preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer retention, account management, sales, or a similar client-facing position is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine commitment to fostering long-term client relationships.

• Demonstrated success in working with CRM systems (experience with NetSuite is preferred).

• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong phone and virtual presentation capabilities.

• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability.
