Associate Claims Clinical – Care Advocacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge regarding local and state-level programs and resources for aging adults and their caregivers.

• Deliver education and resources to older individuals seeking guidance with care options and overcoming challenges.

• Facilitate consultations with seniors and caregivers about aging services and available supports.

• Provide qualitative and quantitative data reports to the digital product and design teams.

• Evaluate new product features prior to consumer release to identify enhancements or potential concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Geriatric Case Management.

• Ability to showcase knowledge of Area Agency on Aging offerings/resources, home and community-based programs, as well as eligibility criteria for Medicaid and Medicare.

• Familiarity with the discharge planning process and considerations, along with local resources for elder law and estate planning.

• Demonstrated ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analysis for effective problem solving.

• Experience in engaging with senior management, team members, and other key stakeholders.

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

• Highly collaborative, results-oriented team player.

• Preferred: Experience or understanding of Long-Term Care Insurance products.

• GCM or CCM certification is required.

• Experience in long-term care settings.

• Capability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Background in working with startups and contributing to their rapid growth.
