• Tasked with establishing direct communication and outreach to our dealer network weekly regarding new initiatives, content, and tools. Assist with Newsletter Communications.
• Interact with our dealer network by organizing **Webinars** that inform our dealers about effective local marketing and advertising strategies as well as new product introductions.
• Facilitate our **marketing advisory meetings** to acquire fresh insights into the best tools utilized by our top dealers.
• **Assist in new product development** by crafting communication materials that enhance sales for these items.
• Continuous enhancement and renewal of **sales sample kits, pull-up banners**, brochures, and aids for sales and marketing events.
• Accountable for selecting **apparel and marketing materials** within the brand store.
• Oversee the **Dealer resource center/digital content management website and update Image Relay content** – Collaborating with our applications manager.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or 5 years of equivalent marketing experience in the home improvement sector or a related field.
• Preferred experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Event Marketing.
• Capability to devise innovative marketing concepts and solutions to boost sales and dealer participation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a background in creating and distributing newsletters and email communications.
• Experience collaborating with various vendors to develop and disseminate marketing materials.
• Proficiency in effectively leading engaging webinars and training sessions for dealers.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Competent in tracking project expenses, managing timelines, and allocating resources to remain within budget.
• Experience in supporting product development and branding initiatives with creative contributions.
• A sales-focused mindset capable of generating enthusiasm and driving engagement around products and marketing activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to ask questions and think creatively when confronted with challenges.
