This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Managing the complete process of introducing new experiences on Headout

• Speeding up the launch timeline

• Guaranteeing that the quality of these experiences meets Headout's elevated standards

• Your capacity for independent learning, combined with a proactive mindset for exploring and integrating innovative ideas, will be essential

• Collaborating closely with Headout's supply partners to ensure accurate representation of their offerings on our platform

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in an operations position, ideally with familiarity in using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.

• Demonstrate an ability to drive continuous improvement by identifying underlying issues, along with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets will be a plus.
