• Collaborating closely with Headout's supply partners to ensure accurate representation of their offerings on our platform
• 0-2 years of experience in an operations position, ideally with familiarity in using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
• Demonstrate an ability to drive continuous improvement by identifying underlying issues, along with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets will be a plus.
