This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage bioanalytical projects throughout their entire lifecycle, which includes method development, validation, and sample analysis.
• Work closely with scientific teams, technical writing, and quality control to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address sample discrepancies and project-related issues.
• Track project progress, provide updates, and notify management of any potential schedule risks.
• Organize customer visits and assist with external presentations and activities involving clients.
• Collaborate with business development to generate quotes and support designated clients.
• Ensure proper archiving of projects and adherence to IQVIA SOPs and regulatory standards.
• A bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is mandatory.
• Proficiency in liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry is required.
• Practical experience with sample extraction, routine laboratory protocols, and bioanalytical assays.
• Familiarity with method development and validation in a regulated lab setting.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in place of a degree.
